These compact cooling fans must pass stringent tests, including durability, noise, and breakage force testing, among other technical requirements. One of the key components—the small shaft that rotates the fan—is one of the specialties of JIN YI CHERNG Precision Co., Ltd. Well-known manufacturers in Taiwan and overseas are among the company’s long-term customers. Thanks to its precision engineering and rigorous quality control, the company obtained TS-16949 certification many years ago. It subsequently expanded from electronic and electrical components into another high-end product: ABS brake motors for the automotive industry, supplying various eccentric shafts (crankshafts) to automotive component assembly plants in the United States and Germany.

It has also worked closely with the leading domestic research institution ITRI to assist in the development of numerous new products. In addition to designing and manufacturing machine-arm components for mechanical applications, some of its current customers have invested in developing related components for artificial intelligence and robotics, such as reduction motors.
